Hello Lee, tell us a little bit about yourself.
I am based in the UK and have been earning an income online for 10+ years mostly through freelancing including video marketing and the last couple of years - Bubble development. Alongside earning an income online I have pursued a number of side projects and experiments (99% failed!) under my personal brand Lee Launches.
Tell us about your product that you made?
I sold 4 different products with my friend and fellow maker Sathya.
FocusTweet.com
Oneliner: A Twitter distraction free scheduling tool
Stack: Made in Bubble
Acquired because: the buyer saw the potential and knew it had a clear audience in twitter users who get distracted while trying to tweet
Oneliner: A micro marketplace for digital products
Stack: Made in Bubble, and Sathya then rebuilt in Softr just to prove to me that it could be better and faster.
Acquired because: an indie maker with his own digital products wanted to improve this
NocodeWorth
Oneliner: An AI-powered No-Code project valuation tool
Stack: Made in Bubble
Acquired because: the buyer wanted to learn about Bubble and building with Open AI Api.

I use my own Bubble template (Launchbox) to simplify setting up a new good looking landing page every time
What went into building the initial product?
Each idea that I build is mostly based on scratching my own itch, a problem I experienced or something I wanted to exist.
More recently Sathya and I have been sharing Ideas in DMS and more often than not we will try and just build an idea that we have shared as quickly as we can to test it out. I have lost count of the number of projects we have cooked up.
Most of my launches are built in a sprint over a weekend. Once the idea is built I think try to iterate the idea in the following weeks and months as much as I can before the next idea takes over…
What was your business model?
The business model for the projects was simply that we were experimenting with different ideas and monetisation ideas. We realised that we were no longer going to pursue Focustweet, Nocodery and Makery so we decided to list on No-Code Sale.
I built no-codeworth with the intention to sell. Although I was tempted to keep the project to develop further. I have to remind myself that I can not possibly keep and maintain all of my Launches (which !
Can you tell us more about the acquisition?
All four projects were sold via No-Code Sale on the day of the event or a few days later. I made $2,000 by selling these projects. Not enough to retire 😄 but it has been a great learning experience in building projects for others to market.
What's your advice for No-Code Makers who are just starting out?
Launch it! If you are just starting out and want to build and sell one of your ideas set yourself a time limit and build your project in a sprint (like in sprints.so) Your project does not need to be a perfect finished article. Just a good proof of concept.
If you have a project to sell create a payment page ready to take the buyers payment so you do not miss out on a sale (with Lemonsqueezy or Gumroad).
Do not make too many assumptions of who is going to buy your project. The buyer for your project exists.
