Hello! What's your background?
I’m Saurabh Kumar, Co‑Founder of CopyElement, proudly building solutions for the creators and developers of tomorrow.
My journey began as a no-code developer in India, crafting WordPress websites with Elementor and witnessing firsthand how much time and effort went into repeating the same design work over and over again.
Back in 2019, I started using Elementor to empower businesses with fast, functional websites without writing a single line of code.
After building countless similar sections manually, I dreamed of something better: a powerful, central library of ready-to-use components that could save creators hours of work.
That vision became CopyElement, a product proudly built in India alongside my co-founder, Gaurav Raj, who leads our Next.js infrastructure.
Together, we’re on a mission to supercharge digital builders, not just in India, but around the world.
What did you make and how did you come up with the idea?
While working as a no-code developer on dozens of client projects, I realized I was spending far too much time recreating the same design blocks over and over again.
Whether it was a pricing table, a testimonial section, or a simple hero banner, the redundancy was real, and it slowed down progress.
That’s when I had the idea: what if there was a centralized, plugin-free library where designers and developers could just copy and paste components directly into Elementor?
That single spark became the foundation of CopyElement, co-created with my partner Gaurav Raj.
What problem does it solve?
CopyElement solves one of the most frustrating problems in web design: time lost to repetitive tasks.
Our solution is a growing library of 650+ pre-built, responsive Elementor components that users can directly copy and paste into their designs without relying on additional plugins or tools.
This not only saves hours of work but also ensures a cleaner, lighter website experience.
With a single click, users can integrate beautifully crafted components into their pages, streamlining the web development process like never before.
Can you walk us through how it works?
Which No-Code tools did you use to build and run it?
We believe in building smart and lean. Here's a breakdown of the tools powering CopyElement:
Elementor (Free & Pro): The heart of our component editing system.
Next.js & Supabase: Backbone of our infrastructure
Figma: Where all the component design and prototyping comes to life.
WordPress: Hosting our blog and managing content efficiently.
Zapier: To automate workflows and connect different platforms.
Paypal: Secure, reliable payment and subscription handling.
What was your business model and how have you grown your revenue?
We follow a freemium model designed for accessibility and scalability:
Free Plan: A limited yet useful set of components for those just getting started.
Pro Plan ($35/month): Full access to our entire library, with ongoing updates and premium features.
Lifetime Plan ($599 one-time): A one-time investment for lifetime access to everything we offer which is ideal for serious creators who want long-term value.
How have you attracted users and grown your product?
Growth has been organic, steady, and community-led:
Revenue: Reached a Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) of around $140 with around $1000+ sales of Lifetime Plan.
Users: Over 36 paid customers, with around 382 on the free plan.
Traffic: About 600 monthly visitors, mainly from SEO, blog content, and YouTube.
Social Media: Active on Linkedin with a growing base of over 48,000 followers.
Content Strategy: We regularly publish educational blog posts and adding modern components regularly.
What's your advice for No-Code Makers who are just starting out or want to sell their business?
Build for a real problem you've experienced yourself. It will give you clarity, direction, and empathy.
Use No-Code and Low-Code tools to move quickly and test your ideas.
Engage with your users as early as possible and evolve your product based on their real-world feedback.
Don’t wait to be perfect. Just launch, learn, and improve. And most importantly, be proud of building something meaningful.
Your story matters.
