Hello! What's your background?
Born in France, I moved to the UK at 17 to study Mathematics at King’s College London.
Initially focused on pursuing a traditional finance career like many around me, I decided to restart my studies a year later at UCL to maximize my chances of securing an Investment Banking role.
Along the way, as I built up valuable experiences for my CV, I discovered the world of startups.
This led me to spend three years working with VC-backed startups before ultimately stepping away to launch my own venture.
Tell us about your product that you made?
I began my entrepreneurial journey with a service-based company focused on helping brands promote their services, but eventually shifted to SaaS, which is where I discovered Bubble.
I spent a year learning Bubble to develop our product and realized I could offer these skills to others as well.
This led me to start freelancing and launch QuickMVP, our Bubble development agency.
Within just a few months, we successfully delivered 10 projects and had more in the pipeline.
Today, I’m growing both AirMedia, our AI-powered SaaS for social media marketers, and QuickMVP, to help others bring their ideas to life.
The initial product AirMedia was fully built on bubble and got more than 300 companies form that first version 3 months after launch.
🛠️ No-Code Tools
What was your business model and how have you grown your revenue?
We initially started with a freemium model, offering a basic version of our product for free while reserving premium features for paying users.
While this approach seemed appealing at first, we quickly realized that growing a business through freemium can be incredibly challenging.
It required a significant user base to make the model sustainable, and converting free users into paying customers often proves to be a pain.
How have you attracted users and grown your product?
One of our key growth strategies has been leveraging Reddit through a viral loop approach.
Every time we achieve a significant milestone, whether it’s reaching a specific number of users or hitting a revenue target, we share our journey in relevant Reddit communities.
These posts often spark discussions, attracting attention, and inspiring others in similar spaces. This creates a self-reinforcing cycle: the more milestones we hit, the more engagement and visibility our posts generate, which in turn drives further growth and enables us to share even more milestones.
In addition to Reddit, we’ve been focusing on LinkedIn for a more targeted approach. Here, we use personalized outbound strategies to connect directly with our Ideal Customer Profile.
By crafting tailored messages and offering value upfront, we’ve been able to build meaningful relationships and convert these connections into clients or users.
What's your advice for No-Code Makers who are just starting out or want to sell their business?
For those just starting out, one of the most valuable pieces of advice is to focus on your users and build what they truly want.
While it sounds straightforward, implementing this approach is far from easy. It requires setting aside personal biases, assumptions, and even your ego.
As founders, it’s tempting to build what we think is best or to chase ideas we’re passionate about without validating them against real user needs.
However, success comes from deeply understanding your audience, listening to their feedback, and iterating relentlessly based on their input.
This means conducting user interviews, analyzing behavior, and being willing to pivot or scrap features, even if they’re your personal favorites.
Thanks for sharing your story Rayan!
