Hello! What's your background?
I started as a designer, focusing on user experience.
While I could create digital interfaces and concepts, I relied on developers to bring them to life, which often slowed things down.
That changed when I discovered Bubble, which allowed me to turn designs into fully functional applications without code.
From there, I explored the broader no-code ecosystem, learning to build not just interfaces but complete applications with business logic and automation.
Over the past five years, I’ve launched multiple products using Bubble, Webflow, Framer, and Flutterflow.
No-code has given me the ability to build, iterate, and scale ideas independently, proving that even traditional industries can be transformed with the right tools and approach.
Tell us about your product that you made?
I come from a family of Swiss watchmakers, so I’ve been surrounded by precision craftsmanship from an early age.
Growing up, I witnessed the dedication that goes into maintaining and repairing luxury timepieces, but also the challenges. The process is often slow, opaque, and highly manual, creating unnecessary friction for both customers and watchmakers, particularly in areas that could be easily optimized, such as customer handling, acquisition, and logistics.
With my background in UX design and no-code, I saw an opportunity to modernize this slow-moving industry with a fully digital and AI-powered approach to watch repair.
Tickagain was born to make the process transparent, efficient, and accessible, bridging the gap between traditional craftsmanship and modern technology.
What problem does it solve?
Repairing and maintaining a watch is an unnecessarily complex and often frustrating process, lacking transparency at every step.
Customers struggle to find the right service provider, unsure whether to visit an authorized dealer, an independent watchmaker, or the original brand. Pricing is rarely clear upfront about how much it will cost, leaving them uncertain until after an evaluation.
Turnaround times can stretch from weeks to months, with little to no communication adding to the uncertainty.
At the same time, skilled watchmakers face their own set of challenges. Many are overwhelmed with administrative tasks, manually managing repairs while juggling customer inquiries, estimates, and logistics.
Without digital tools to streamline their work, they are stuck in an industry that has remained largely unchanged for decades. The result is an outdated, inefficient system that frustrates both customers and professionals, slowing down a craft that depends on precision, trust, and reliability.
Which No-Code tools did you use to build and run it?
Figma: Used for design, prototyping, and user testing to before implementation.
Webflow: Designed and optimized the landing page and marketing site, focusing on SEO and conversion rates to drive organic traffic and improve conversions.
Bubble: Built the core web app, B2C dashboard, and B2B marketplace for watchmakers. The platform automates repair request submissions, customer updates, and watchmaker workflows. Verified watchmakers log into the marketplace to review, accept, and manage repair cases, with custom workflows handling case assignments, notifications, and status updates.
API connection to LLMs: Customers upload a photo of their watch, and AI detects the model, estimates service costs, and provides brand-specific maintenance recommendations, streamlining the decision-making process.
Weglot: Enables multi-language support, making the service accessible to German and French-speaking customers in Switzerland, with room to expand.
SendGrid: Handles automated email communication.
Tabular: Used to design responsive HTML email templates, which are synchronized with SendGrid to ensure professional and visually appealing customer communication.
Mixpanel: Tracks user behavior and engagement metrics, helping us optimize conversion funnels and improve onboarding.
Hotjar: Provides heatmaps and session recordings to refine UI/UX and improve customer flow.
By combining these No-Code, AI, and analytics tools, we’ve built a fully digital, data-driven watch repair platform and B2B marketplace that continuously improves based on real customer behavior.
What was your business model and how have you grown your revenue?
Our B2B2C model connects watch owners with verified Swiss watchmakers. Customers receive an AI-powered cost estimate, ship their watch, and have it serviced by a trusted repair partner.
We earn a commission on each successful repair and generate additional revenue through insured shipping, priority handling, and extended warranties.
How have you attracted users and grown your product?
Finding customers was relatively straightforward because watch repair is an urgent pain point and people actively search for solutions when their watch needs servicing.
This made Google Ads an incredibly effective acquisition channel, allowing us to target customers at the exact moment they were looking for a repair service.
By focusing on high-intent search queries, we quickly generated leads and drove conversions. Within six months, we scaled organic traffic to the point where 50% of all repair requests now come from unpaid sources, significantly reducing our reliance on paid ads.
A well-structured Webflow landing page, optimized both technically and strategically, played a crucial role in this growth by ensuring a seamless user experience and strong search visibility.
Currently, the service is only available in Switzerland, where the high concentration of luxury watch owners makes targeting even more effective. With this proven model, we are now planning to expand into other regions starting in Europe in the near future.
Can you share some stats?
Six months ago, I launched the first version of the service, and this month, I reached break-even, now handling a five-digit monthly transaction volume.
The user base has grown steadily, with over 500 repair requests processed in the first six months.
Organic traffic has become a key driver, now accounting for 50% of all new requests, thanks to a optimized Webflow landing page and targeted SEO strategy.
Beyond repairs, we are expanding into a comprehensive watch ecosystem, integrating services like appraisals, insurance, and fraud prevention to provide a seamless experience for watch owners.
Strengthening partnerships with key industry players will be a major focus as we continue to scale.
What's your advice for No-Code Makers who are just starting out or want to sell their business?
Focus on solving one urgent pain point rather than trying to disrupt an entire industry at once.
A targeted approach allows for faster validation and adoption. Use no-code and AI to automate processes early on, enabling you to scale efficiently with minimal resources.
The ability to iterate quickly is crucial, launch fast, gather feedback, and refine based on real user insights.
In industries like luxury and high-value services, trust is everything. Before expecting large transactions, establish credibility through transparency, quality service, and strong customer relationships.
